When do you need a writing coach or mentor?

A coach is someone who helps overcome roadblocks, finds real solutions for time management issues, motivates through writer's block and essentially works with the writer to reach their writing goals.

A mentor focuses more on the craft of writing. Do you have a project that needs a professional pair of eyes, consistent feedback, structural editing and expertise on the particular elements of writing such as structure, conflict, character, and pace?

Which one of these sounds like you?

I need a coach

I can't find enough time in the day to get to my writing.

I am halfway through my story/novel/memoir but can't get motivated to finish it.

I have working on my novel for years and I never seem to get to the end.

I haven't been able to write recently and I'm starting to wonder if I will ever be able to find my way back to it.

I need a mentor

I want to be a writer but I don't know where to start.

I am working on a big project but feeling overwhelmed. I would value some consistent feedback.

I love to write but I need to learn more about the craft.

I have a goal to write a short story/personal essay but would like some guidance.
