ADHD Coaching is a supportive and collaborative process where the Coach and Client work together to unlock the client’s full personal and professional potential. Through a creative and thought-provoking partnership, coaching empowers individuals to move forward with greater clarity and purpose.
For people with ADHD, coaching can be a powerful tool to navigate challenges like procrastination, disorganization, impulsivity, and inconsistency. It provides strategies and accountability to stay aligned with goals, pursue passions, and improve overall quality of life — all while fostering self-awareness, self-acceptance, and a deeper understanding of how ADHD uniquely impacts them.
You Might Be Struggling With…
Here’s How I Help
Through a blend of ADHD-informed coaching and 15+ years of writing and editing experience, I help clients:
Or maybe you have finished a draft but it still feels messy and you need help with structure, developmental editing, a second pair of eyes, line editing, or reducing the volume to get to the good stuff.
Coaching is not therapy — and it’s not about “fixing” you. I’m not a licensed therapist or mental health professional, and I don’t offer clinical treatment. Instead, ADHD coaching is a collaborative, supportive process where you’re the expert on your life — I’m here to provide guidance, structure, and informed feedback about ADHD.
As a coach, I help clients like you uncover the patterns, challenges, and internalized messages that may be holding you back. Together, we identify practical strategies and personalized systems to help you move forward — by working with your ADHD brain, knowing your challenges and your strengths.
Whether you’re facing overwhelm, self-doubt, emotional burnout or dysregulation, or the weight of feeling "behind," coaching creates space to set meaningful goals, build self-trust, and learn how ADHD actually works — especially in women, where it's so often misunderstood or missed for years.
I don't provide trauma therapy, treat mental illness, or prescribe medication — but I do offer a compassionate space to untangle the chaos and reconnect with your strengths, your values, and your voice.
I’m a certified ADHD coach with an Associate Certified ADHD Coach (AACC) credential through ADDCA, where I received specialized training in learning about the many dimensions of neurodiversity, and coaching individuals with ADHD. I combine this expertise with over 15 years of experience as a writer, book editor, and book writing coach. I’ve been published in literary journals, authored A Novel Approach: Strategies for ADHD Writers, and have helped hundreds of writers complete their writing projects.
This unique blend of ADHD coaching and deep literary experience allows me to support creatives and writers, many who are late-diagnosed — in building systems that work with their brains, not against them. Whether you're navigating focus, follow-through, or the emotional weight of feeling “behind,” I’m here to help you move forward with clarity, compassion, and practical strategies that honor who you are.
I offer online ADHD coaching to clients worldwide, making it easy to connect no matter where you're located. If we decide to work together, we’ll meet on a schedule that fits your needs. However, I typically recommend choosing the same day each week or every other week for consistency.
To give the coaching process the time and space it needs to be truly effective, I ask new clients to commit to a minimum of three months. From there, some coaching partnerships last a few months, while others continue for years — it all depends on your goals and what kind of support feels most helpful.
Sessions are 50 minutes long and take place via Zoom.
